You Know You Love To Dance
When we’re young, we dance for the pure joy of it. We spin, we hop, we revel in the moment. Remember how good that felt? In adulthood, there’s no reason to give up the glorious feelings or the real health benefits that dancing can deliver.
Whether you’re tired of the treadmill or just beginning an exercise regimen, dance is a perfect addition to your health routine. You could dust off your old ballet or tap shoes or even try something out of the ordinary such as belly dancing. In addition to getting fit, a dance class might introduce you to new friends that share your passion.
